Tomorrow marks the 17th anniversary of the day Laura Palmer died on Twin Peaks. As someone pointed out on alt.tv.twin-peaks, same day of the week and everything.
It’s Thursday, the 23rd, and I’m so bored….

You know you want something new to obsess over. You just know you do. Thus, fire up the TiVos and start taping Battlestar Galactica
at 10pm on Fridays on Scifi. I promise you will not regret
this. They’re running the whole first season over again, starting
this Friday with the episode titled “33,” which is crazy good and does
a great job of demonstrating the general flavor of the rest of the
show. Highly recommended! If you need someone to
concatenate the entire mini-series into, like, three sentences, email
me and I can fill you in. Honest. They might be three long
